Mike seems to know his business. He explained that just because the pool water is clear, it doesn't mean it is correctly balanced, and he was quick to show and explain what was wrong and hopefully can keep me from having to resurface for a while. Cleaned and balanced the chemicals and we are scheduled for weekly service.

This is the most disrespectful,unprofessional not just pool service but any service I have ever had to encounter! I just had an emergency C-section and just came out of hospital with my husband telling me our pool is green when we hired this company to come out every Tuesday...they had told us that the screen door was locked which it wasn’t but we noticed it wasn’t opening so it was broken then my husband fixed it snd they’re excuse the next time that the gate was locked...but our gate doesn’t lock then they said it was broken which we fixed by putting the string on the other side...they ignored our pool for weeks now! I called to find out why and was so polite and was in pain as is while talking to see when they could come out and she Michelle the owners wife jumped down my throat saying we locked the screen as I already explained it wasn’t locked and then she continued telling me her job isn’t to babysit ect with her rudeness...what she doesn’t know is that she’s left my gate open so many times that my cat got out and got hit by a car and had to explain to my 5 children and I didn’t even say anything to them because I know it wasn’t on purpose...so as I was trying to figure it all out she then told me how childish I was being by locking gate...why would I lock it and it doesn’t have a lock then she hung up on me and I called back and fired her and she told me she doesn’t work for me...well she’s right she no longer does along with the other people I just told this too that we referred them too

We hired this company at the beginning of August to come service our new pool. Soon after we started noticing red ants biting us while we swam. They were in the pool by the hundreds. Some alive, biting, and some dead. The owner said “I didn’t see a single ant”, the first time i brought it up to him. I hired a pest control company and they said their one treatment would likely take care of the problem. So they came out Tuesday, Wednesday I netted a bunch of ants out, but while swimming that afternoon noticed there were still hundreds. I figured the pool guy would get them out during his professional cleaning the following day. He came and left and I called because I didn’t get a chance to speak to him about the whole situation up to that point. He claimed he didn’t see a single ant while he skimmed the pool. So I went out and skimmed myself, and of course pulled out hundreds of dead fire ants. Impossible not to see. I called him And politely told him there were a ton, and I was really hoping for a fresh pool So that I can track whether the pest control was working or not. His Ego immediately kicked in and he began saying things like “I don’t know what to tell you, I have 20/20 vision and there wasn’t a single ant when I was there this morning.” “My netting is small I would have gotten one.” “Whatever happens when I leave is not my problem”. I mean his customer service and tone was rude and unprofessional. When he asked “what exactly do you think I’m supposed to do?” I said I’d like him to come back out and do a more thorough cleaning. He said “you’re going to have to pay me to come back out because I was already out there “. I mentioned that I already paid him to do this job and for some inexplicable reason it wasn’t done. To which he said “you’re just gonna have to find another pool service” and hung up on me. I messaged him and told him I’d leave a review, and would like at least a partial refund. I even sent photos which I’ll attach of them netting full. He never responded. I do not recommend this pool company and I suspect with an attitude like his, the other reviews are faked.
